Kimi faces severe financial difficulties and takes an illegal loan to cover her father’s expensive medical fees, but he passes away regardless. Emotionally exhausted and hounded daily by relentless debt collectors demanding payment, she struggles to cope.
One day, on her friend Masami’s advice, Kimi accepts a job as a shooting model for quick cash. However, the studio is secretly backed by a dangerous cult religion. Instead of a normal photoshoot, Kimi is taken to an abandoned building, where she is raped while the attackers film the entire assault on video.
Now trapped, Kimi is blackmailed and forced to recruit men into the cult, with no way to escape the nightmare. At the same time, terrifying hauntings plague Mr. Shingyoji, the video shooting director. The cause traces back to his younger brother Imaichi, who years earlier murdered a couple and accidentally moved an ancient stone statue meant to enshrine and seal vengeful ghosts. Disturbing the statue released the spirits into the world.
The dead couple, now possessed by these furious ghosts, begin a brutal killing spree—targeting not only Mr. Shingyoji’s entire film crew but also Kimi herself.
